I'm Walking for Humanity

I would like to thank all my sponsors to the charity walk I did earlier today to raise funds for the BlindLowVision. 


With your support we raised over $6000 today to help some deserving people get a better quality of life through the guide dog and support services. Overall and with your support I was the fifth highest contributor with the highest amount contributed by a single person crossing just over $2600.

Overall a very rewarding day to continue to support this initiative I have been part of for over 10 years. 

I want to make a difference for New Zealanders with vision loss. That's why I'm taking on the Walk for Humanity!

Every day, an average of six people turn to Blind Low Vision NZ for support with sight loss. I'm taking on this challenge so Kiwis of all ages who are blind, deafblind, or have low vision are empowered to live the lives they choose. 

I have been supporting this initiative for more than 10 years. I will be doing a 10km walk.
